Do I have to order an account?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, if you have an account with us, there are a few advantages:

What if I forget my password?
On the login page, click on "Lost password?" And you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
 
What if I enter the wrong email address?
Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We may change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order. Is there an exchange rate?
All our transactions are based on the USD. If your credit card is based on another currency, the total order amount will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day the card issuer processed the transaction.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) ,debit card payments, and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers,  or cash on delivery.
 
How to secure my order online?
When purchasing online with a credit card, all information will be entered in the SSL secure web page. How do I modify or cancel my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. After the order is shipped, we will email your tracking information to you the next day, as the tracking information is usually provided 24 hours after shipment.
